She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to her role as Assistant Director at Stars Academy. Allison is committed to supporting our teachers, children, and families while helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can learn and grow. She works closely with our Director and teaching team to support the daily operations of the center, maintain high-quality classroom environments, and ensure our children receive the care and attention they deserve. With her warm, patient, and supportive approach, Allison is always ready to lend a helping hand to our staff and families. She believes in building strong relationships with children and encouraging their independence, confidence, and love of learning.
